Welcome to AIGymBro. By accessing or using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. User License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

2. Medical & Physical Safety Disclaimer

AIGymBro provides automated posture feedback using computer vision. However:

  • The App **does not constitute medical, clinical, or professional physical therapy advice**. The feedback is advisory only. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise routine.
  • Physical training carries inherent risks of injury. You agree to perform all exercises at your own risk.
  • If you feel pain, fatigue, dizziness, or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App's feedback.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Pro)

The App offers premium features ("GymBro Pro") through in-app purchases processed securely via **RevenueCat**.

  • **Workout Gating**: Non-paying (Free) users can perform up to **2 workouts**. After completing the second workout, a subscription is required to unlock further pose-guided camera sessions.
  • **Purchase Packages**: Subscriptions are available in Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime options.
  • **Billing**: All transactions are billed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • **Management**: You can cancel or manage subscriptions via the Customer Center inside the App settings or inside your app store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that pose tracking will be 100% accurate in all environments (e.g. poor lighting, angles, clothing fit).

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
