By downloading, installing, or using the Ego Maxxing mobile application ("the App") and its associated website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
User Conduct
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and for personal self-improvement. Any attempt to exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems is strictly prohibited.
Health & Safety Warning
Ego Maxxing provides a gamified environment for tracking daily tasks and physical exercises. Before starting any new exercise routine or physical challenge, you should consult with a medical professional. You assume all risks associated with physical activities prompted by the App.
Subscription & Payments
Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund policies are governed by the terms of those platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Ego Maxxing and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
